Wedding Planner Checklist

We offer returns on goods that arrive faulty, broken or items not fit for purpose.

All returns must be unused, unopened and in original condition.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning parcels to Celebrations Cards and Gifts Tuggerah, and an additional charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.

For refunds the original shipping fee is non refundable and a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to accept returns on made to order items, on any damaged goods, whether it be packaging or items.

All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. Should a product be faulty please email us immediately and provide photos showing the defect, as all shipments are trackable we require this information in writing in an email within 5 days of delivery and with accompanying photos. In accordance with the ACCC if the item has a minor flaw then we have the right to repair the fault and return back to you. If unable to be repaired a replacement item that matches the original purchase will be provided. Refunds will only be provided in the event that a major problem exists.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items or change of mind.

In the event a refund is issued the original shipping fee is not refundable unless we are responsible for the return.

Delivery:

Order processing time is 2-3 day working day

Orders will be dispatched once payment is received as clear funds.

Orders are sent via Australia Post and should be received within 5 Business Days. *this can vary during peak times and regional areas

Delivery schedule can vary based on your location. 

Signature is required on receipt of goods.
