Charlie Bears Piran is a 15-inch plush panda bear that is part of the 2020 “Anything is Pawsible” collection. Piran is made from the finest soft black and white plush, giving him a traditional panda bear look. His muzzle is shaved shorter to accent his features, and his nose is hand-stitched in black. Piran has charcoal grey sculpted paw pads with tickly toes. He has a five-way jointed body sewn from the softest plush. His face comes together with a hand-stitched nose, subtle airbrushing, and friendly glass eyes backed with felt disks for an adorable “love me” look. We offer returns on goods that arrive faulty, broken or items not fit for purpose.

All returns must be unused, unopened and in original condition.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning parcels to Celebrations Cards and Gifts Tuggerah, and an additional charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.

For refunds the original shipping fee is non refundable and a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to accept returns on made to order items, on any damaged goods, whether it be packaging or items.

All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. Should a product be faulty please email us immediately and provide photos showing the defect, as all shipments are trackable we require this information in writing in an email within 5 days of delivery and with accompanying photos. In accordance with the ACCC if the item has a minor flaw then we have the right to repair the fault and return back to you. If unable to be repaired a replacement item that matches the original purchase will be provided. Refunds will only be provided in the event that a major problem exists.

In the event a refund is issued the original shipping fee is not refundable unless we are responsible for the return.
